Lakeview has been wonderful to work with even when we had to default due to layoffs, they stayed with us and supported us throughout.
It was necessary for me to contact the firm in order to correct an overpayment situation. I was greeted on the phone with customer service representative ****** who promptly researched my problem. Not only did she correct the overpayment situation, she also advised of a refund due to me. Ms ***** was very professional during her duties and was an absolute joy to speak with. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism she displays while representing the company.
