It was necessary for me to contact the firm in order to correct an overpayment situation. I was greeted on the phone with customer service representative ****** who promptly researched my problem. Not only did she correct the overpayment situation, she also advised of a refund due to me. Ms ***** was very professional during her duties and was an absolute joy to speak with. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism she displays while representing the company.
