Professional! In fact, we're getting a bid on a new system, by our own request. No pressure whatsoever! Repaired our AC!
Well worth the $49. Used Lambert for a Heating Tune-Up earlier in year and both times it was excellent service. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Bought 20 point AC Tune-Up for $49 on Angie's List. The technician came as scheduled, checked the AC both in the attic and on the roof and checked the air flow in the registers in the house.
Alan Lambert is a Pro's Pro. Very detail oriented. Clearly knowledgeable and a very honest person. The order was for a 3 ton compressor, the older compressor was 3.5 tons. He could have asked for additional $$ but instead he told me that the units were not that different in price and he could absorb the small difference. How many contractors would do that? Dan did a very thorough check of air conditioner and found the problem. He is plesent and a pleasure to deal with. Replaced a worn part.
I was very pleased with this service, provider was on time, performed as described, stayed within selected price. I would use them again anytime. Complete check of heating and AC. Cleaned A/C coils, changed filters, charged unit , tested and gave me a fair evaluation of suggested repair.
