He had a hard time working on my a/c unit. He wasn’t able to figure what was causing the problem at first. He had come several times. When the times he came, the fan wouldn’t come on and when he was gone it would come on. I wasn’t sure how he didn’t know what was causing the problem. We finally figured out that it was the circuit upstairs. He did finally get it fix, I just wish it wouldn’t have taken so long. As CA and my local city were offering rebates for new HVAC systems, I decided to replace my old(er) heater and barely functioning AC. I also wanted the heating system moved to the attic so that the closet could be used for storage. Alan engineered an elegant solution to get the heating system into the attic with minimal ceiling intrusion. The system (Amana) works great; Alan and his team were prompt, professional and responded to questions and concerns. I definitely would use Lambert's Service Now again. New HVAC System.
Alan Lambert came out to take a look at an issue I was having. Immediately upon turning on the thermostat, the symptom presented itself. He went right to work examining and testing the unit, determining that we had an electrical issue. An although his testing equipment showed that the continuity was fine, when he touch or moved a wire and that too, caused the issue. But which one and where?
