He had a hard time working on my a/c unit. He wasn’t able to figure what was causing the problem at first. He had come several times. When the times he came, the fan wouldn’t come on and when he was gone it would come on. I wasn’t sure how he didn’t know what was causing the problem. We finally figured out that it was the circuit upstairs. He did finally get it fix, I just wish it wouldn’t have taken so long. We needed to make multiple trips to Member's home because his furnace was working each time that we arrived at his home. It is very difficult to fix a furnace that working. We could change parts out at random to see if perhaps one of them was the bad part; however, this method is usually very costly for our customers. We have found that it is a better use of our customer's money to change only the parts that are not working, rather than change out several parts and hope that one of them was the non-working part. We did have a few areas that did need addressed after they were finished and they worked quickly to resolve them. I would recommend this company to anyone. As CA and my local city were offering rebates for new HVAC systems, I decided to replace my old(er) heater and barely functioning AC. I also wanted the heating system moved to the attic so that the closet could be used for storage. Alan engineered an elegant solution to get the heating system into the attic with minimal ceiling intrusion. The system (Amana) works great; Alan and his team were prompt, professional and responded to questions and concerns. I definitely would use Lambert's Service Now again. New HVAC System.
