Exceptional. Diagnosis of the problem was completed very quickly. The part was available on the truck and the problem was solved within a few minutes. Alan went on to assess the entire air conditioning system. I highly recommend these professionals. Replace a defective air conditioner switch.

The job was a challenging one. Heating unit is located on the roof of the house, is very old (probably from the 1970's) and had not been serviced for decades (it is located at my very elderly parents house). When it stopped working, we purchased a $99 coupon on Angie's List to have it checked out. A technician came out to inspect the unit and diagnose the issues. The parts had to be special ordered.
