Poor, My daughter got her apartment there and since the first day she moved in there were nothing but issues, issues with plumbing and ongoing water issues as well. In the past six months she moved in in August there have been nonstop clogs in sink, water **** **** under sink in kitchen, issues with dishwasher and water leaking from that, water issues with washer as well. I would not recommend working at this company. They brought me on, I had a family emergency. Nobody asked what was going on or how things were. On my way to work, I get informed I'm being let go due to not communicating 1 day during my absence - after being told to focus on family. In addition I was told several different things at the time of onboarding and than the complete opposite on my first day. My let go felt personal
The company has been holding my deposit for over 2 months after a denied application. Not returning calls or emails.
One of the worst, most unprofessional property management companies around. I moved out and received bill for move out charges. This list did not have any detailed information as required by law. I reached out via email multiple times, spoke on the phone and requested a detailed list, etc. but I was not provided one until 1/12. This is 31 days past the original move out date. This business has blatantly disregarded the *** housing guidelines and laws for inhabitants with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. They refuse to take ownership of problematic tenants who cause disruptive noise to other inhabitants and have stated that there is nothing they can do because the tenant pays their rent. As a paying resident, I too, pay rent and cause no harm or disruptive behaviors in the community and have a legitimate chronic disability that has signed medical documentation of such condition. I'm going through a terrible ordeal with Avenue5. They just took over managing the property I have been at for a year. They took over but staff remained the same. Nothing was done with a very disturbing tenant above me for the longest time. Finally after numerous complaints, they gave the tenant a 7 day notice. They also offered to let me out of lease "without penalty" if I came in the leasing office **** and signed a document to silence me. I declined. If I could leave a 0 I would. I was fired yesterday without warning and during the holidays is horrible. I am a single hard working mother of 3. I do my job and go above and beyond but when you are not friends with the hire up or a kiss a** you won't ever get a promotion. Don't work here ever!!
I have lived in many apartments and never had any issues with moving out.. this apartment by far is the worst experience Ive had. Lets start with how they over charged us on the termination lease fee, and how we had no choice but to pay it. We spoke with them and there was nothing they could do about it. Fine. I have reached out to the leasing office and maintenance on several occasions in regards to a leak in my ceiling bathroom. The issue is an on going problem. I am still having water dripping on me while taking a shower. I have addressed to the leasing office manager that I also have a toddler in the home and this issue can cause health issues due to possible molding. When asked to speak to her.
