Verified Renter I have been a resident here for the past 2 years and I enjoy how easy it is for me to travel in any direction ( Downtown Austin, The Hill Country Galleria, Belterra in Dripping Spring) all within 20 minutes of our location here. The new owners and our new Managment team of Greystar have been very responsive to my maintenance requests. I feel safe living here in this gated community. Verified Renter I have lived here for the past two years and intend to extend my lease at my anniversary date. I like that I can access whatever I want /need, within 20 minutes of my apartment. And a feature which is very important to me, is that every building has an elevator. The leasing/office team are polite and professional and the maintenance team have been very responsive. I find it a nice place to live.

Verified Renter I love landmark! The management is super nice and helpful! They have quick maintenance guys, and beautiful and spacious apartments. Have rarely had any sort of problem and theyve always been able to help.
Verified Renter When I moved in, the complex was undergoing a management change. I have to say that now that they are in place, things are pretty good. The two specific issues that I have had were addressed immediately.

Verified Renter Emails are not always answered. I was bumped off the covered parking listed when management changed. The hallways are not kept clean and are showing stains and wear. The traffic noise is very intense if along the main road. Otherwise the apartment is wonderful.
