Recently moved due to rental increase and property concerns. It was almost impossible to get my rental deposit. After a little over 2 months I receive a portion of my deposit without any explanation. At this point no one will take calls, emails,... there's been absolutely no response. I am very concerned about the lack of communication from the management team. Live at their property in ********. Dishwasher has been broken for 2 weeks. I have to contact THEM for updates. Was told that theyre waiting on whether or not a repair will be approved. Great. Communicate that to me instead of me having to constantly reach out. Maintenances recommendation when they were here 2 weeks ago was just put a towel down.Air conditioner was broken for 2 weeks during the hottest week in August. This is not only a bad place to live, but they have the worst Management that are useless and less helpful than any of their place Ive ever rented when you ask for a service for pest control. They will tell you to sit around and wait all day if not, your house wont be treated and you have to do this weekly. Theres no way around it and they will not work with you. I dont know what gives these people the idea to think that people wanna sit down and wait around all day for pest control. We have to work to pay bills and then the... read more

Its impossible for management to communicate and follow up with tenant concerns. I had a roof leak and notified their maintenance immediately but they didnt respond until at least 12 hours later and after emailing the office. They were so rude and unprofessional and I had to transfer to another unit until I could finish my lease. I moved out in May and Im still trying to get my deposit back which I do have due to me. After several months of complaining about inadequate HVAC system in apartment, noticed mold in several areas of apartment. Had the apartment tested and found several different types of toxic mold. Had to move out of my unit due to dangerous mold. No reimbursement from ****. And they wont terminate my lease!

Horrible place to live. Park on First (*********, **) contracted Valet Living to pick up trash from Sunday to Thursday on this property. My trash has been outside of my apartment since yesterday. I called the office and spoke to **** today and she said that she was going to call them and find out what happened. My trash was not picked up tonight either. I walked on my floor and other tenant's trash was picked up by 9 pm but not mine. I have 2 trash bags on top of each other and some boxes broken down and they still did not p... read more

Its hardly a state secret that customarily landlords, in order to maximize their lease/rental income, are ever keen to avoid unnecessarily spending money. Yet, of recent the opposite happened. A door switch in what was a very nice Whirlpool refrigerator popped off. Mgt. was given a written repair request. The fix? About a e$ 20 part and a 2 min. repair, as seen on U ****. Instead, Pac. They will take your money , they lied and said I would get 175 of the 250 I paid if my application was denied. I had to go up there after 3 weeks to find out that my application was denied and the manager and another girl said a check would be mailed out in 30 days, I never got a refund and I called and to my surprise someone answered and said they dont give refunds anymore, they stopped in June and I told her I put the application in in July, she said I was misinformed. For 5 months Ive been telling them about the leak in my bathroom. I may not know a lot but I know when the main drain pipe to the a/c is clogged. Its turning the tub red. Chipping away at pain and dripping on me when I shower. If it can turn the tub red then whats dripping on me. The ceiling is bulging like its about to cave in. I can hear the water dripping from the a/c up in the ceiling. Sometimes this yellow colored water drip from the ceiling so I have to turn the a/c off for 2 days to let it all drip out.
