Car #1: Total Waste of Money I paid $4,000 cash down on a used car.Within a day, it started leaking coolant.Took it back, and they claimed their mechanics found nothing wrong (which was clearly false).So I gave the car back and picked another one but they only gave me $2,000 credit from the first deal. Shortly after I applied my hours were cut significantly resulting in canceling my application within 74 hours. This business is open Monday through Friday, left a voicemail early Friday requesting a cancellation after applying on that Wednesday. No one reached back out to me until the following Tuesday, said they could not give me a refund because it had been over 74 hours. As I was making a decision to sign a lease, the property manager detailed that internet access would be available immediately after I moved in. This property's corporate office never responds. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I have been trying to contact them for a year with no results. The actual property is falling apart and there is no resolve. I would never again live in one these properties. My husband is disabled we live in handicapped accessible apartment so we need certain things that we don't have access to. I am thinking about contacting a lawyer. If I could give 0 stars I surely would.

Incorrectly issue a payment notice to me with a wrong amount, and they threatened to turned it to the collection agency. When it is really them for issuing a wrong notice. ***** this company at all cost.

Avenue5 billing "specialist" ***** *. What a joke. When I called in to try to make payment arrangements this guy was the poster child for what we all hate bill collectors for aggressive, rude, dismissive, talks over you, unhelpful, and that was all in 3 minutes. You would think that if someone was calling offering to pay what they can a person would have better manners! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here. I have lived in a few apartment complexes. This one is the absolute worst! Seriously!!! When I picked up my keys, the apartment was dirty, stained, and showed signs of abuse. I complained and they sent the cleaning crew back in but nothing was done. I should have turned around to leave immediately and find a different place to rent but didnt. Instead, I went to ****** to get cleaning supplies to get it clean enough to move my stuff into it.
