In the year of 2023 going into 2024 I was doing a roommate release with my roommate who apparently had a fake credit and fake social security. I didnt know this until after the fact all things happened. In January 2024 I asked to do a roommate release and we both filled it out, well The leasing office lost it. We did it again and then new leasing agents came in and the same thing happened. Overcharged for two months of water, sewer, garbage and power. I paid it each month with my rent but they charged me for a back two months. Not sure how that works since I paid these charges every month. Rude customer service at ******* office billing department.
DO NOT MOVE *************** WILL neglect you no matter how ************ I was locked out bc my fob reset. it happens once a year with no warning. I got home and was stuck for over an hour. maintenance said they would charge me $100! last time they said "it's only once a year"that, and the elevators never work, they double booked our parking spot and didn't reimburse us, it took THREE DAYS for someone to come help us when we had no hot water..and I can go on and on.AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
Have not lived at an apartment for YEARS (3yr+) and sent to collections for "services unpaid". All accounts were closed out with this business at the end of my lease and all services paid.They claim they are under management by Avenue5 which is known as a fly by night company. Buying properties, sinking them, and charging previous tenants fees.

Avenue 5 is by the worst companies ever. They are extremely low rent and trifling..
DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I was in a unit that the main bedroom flooded, and was in a very unsanitary situation being that they took two and a half months to figure out where the leak was coming from. I had been telling them that the stove had a electrical problem it would literally spark, eventually it caught on fire. we gave them the benefit of the doubt despite reviews. read the reviews online theres a HUGE ***** infestation, owner and staff do nothing. In the dishwasher, oven, stove, in the walls, sinks, bathroom. We used our oven once in 2 years, after seeing roaches on our food, refused to use it ********* cant control the temp of your apt. only high, medium, low or off.
