Good app, simple and user-friendly the only thing I would change would be to see credit card and mortgage information but other than that it's great!!

I had a $14,000 credit limit with my balance near that. I’ve paid off all but $2,200 of it this past week. Landmark now has credit limit to about $5-6,000.
This App is unreliable. Been down all day so far. No message indicating it is down. On hold with bank for way too long only for them to tell me they can’t help me unless I can tell the information about transactions that I can’t remember and I can’t verify because their platform is down. This is after giving SSN, DOB, phone, and Two factor Authentication, Ugh!!! So frustrating! This bank has really gone downhill. They need new Tech Leadership. I am constantly being signed out of the app. The remember me feature is useless And then every time I try to sign back in, I get an authentication error
Can never get my deposits instantly when I transfer from other accounts. Takes foreverrrrrr
I can’t access my credit card rewards via the app and when I try to use the mobile webpage, it’s also unavailable. What good is having the Landmark credit card if I can’t access the rewards without a computer?

Super unethical practices around loan payment just to stack on late fees. Doing everything I can to get away from this institution, always a process with banks but learn from my mistakes. Insulting customer service experience and am currently blocked from paying my loan as they happily keep the fees coming. Not worth it!!!
