Make the account moveable in the app so that the ones I want on top are on top and they can be put in order of importance to me. Also when they is a pending payment it would be nice to see the projected balance.
Does not work half the time
Not sure if it is related to the CloudFlare issue or if it is something internal within Landmark itself, but this app has been crap since that CloudFlare fiasco a few months ago. It’s been much harder to access my accounts through this app. It’s a crap shoot as to whether I can login or I get an error that something went wrong and I need to try again later. Why have a mobile app if it’s not consistent? Get your crap together Landmark Credit Union!!
Latest update doesn’t allow you to actual deposit mobile checks.Daily deposit is always 0.
I honestly don’t understand how you can make an app worse and worse every single update. In addition harder to use… my recent transactions show for April. It’s October.
I never had problems until they started updating the app. Now I can barely get into my banking information. Reach out to customer support and they say to check it from their website which is fine but why have people download the app if most of the time you have to go through the website.
This app is down at least once a week. Really looking to switch banks at this point.
The app is garbage. I have all the alerts turned on and I do not get any notifications of any push notifications of transactions. The only way so get notifications is when I actually open the app. Use caution, if you don’t pay attention to your account transactions you might overdraft.
This app used to be good, now after their updates it wont let me login ever. I’m constantly trying to get into the app and it constantly says error or I get logged in and immediately get logged out. Extremely frustrating. My money is in there yet I can’t even get access to see what’s going on.
