I am a longtime user of the app and have never had any issues but today I logged in and see that transactions are now displayed in red. I DO NOT LIKE IT. It makes it seem like I’m in the negative or something. Please change it back!

I’m new to this new app, What’s even more frustrating is that I Can’t even get in contact with the Landmark on the app, it just says “Hi” my first name, middle initial and my last name and all it does is just load and doesn’t do anything, I don’t know if I’m the only person experiencing this but this needs to be fix.

Landmark is a good bank BUT there app is fuvking trash it is down for maintenance three or four times a month and sometimes does not work with us a BIG problem LANDMARK FIX YOUR FUVKING APP.

I caught fraudulent transactions being made on my debit card the morning it was occurring. I alerted landmark of it. I obviously disputed the fraudulent charges. They don’t want to be bothered with this, so they send out a form letter saying a chip was detected as being used so they basically accuse me of lying and tell me the fraud I nipped in the bud at $74 was actually me using my card. I don’t know if the removal of facial recognition was an attempt at streamlining the mobile app experience but it has severely impacted the overall user experience for this map. I generally prefer the non-“mobile” app for banking and the such because of these changes that were made. You cannot sign in with facial recognition anymore, so where did my data for that go? The app is very basic. It does not allow you to place travel notifications or alerts, for instance, for which you have to go to the bank in person, and speak with a representative!

Terrible customer service, app doesn’t work properly, and constant updates that lock you out of your own banking.

It doesn’t let you link bank account to make payments. I always end up calling customer service instead

The app was updated and now only displays in portrait mode on my iPad. Why would Landmark make this change? If I could go back to the previous version, I would!
