Last update completely ruined the app for me, making it literally impossible to log in. Come on people, I know you’ve got the money because you’ve got all mine.
Message center is buried. When you click on a message in your inbox it opens the message you sent instead. Font is extremely tiny (inaccessible).
I am on an IPhone, it took the FBI months to figure out how to open the phone. To use my app I have to enter all my information? Why have a smart phone at all that has Apple encryption. Won’t recognize my ID from my own phone ? Still have to answer password? I am tied of you. Maybe time to switch for easier mobile banking.

They charge a $10/month fee to have money in a money market account which makes 0.1% returns. The only way to close the money market account is to notify them in writing so if you zero out the balance of the money market to get a better interest rate at another bank they will continue to charge you fees so you’ll have a negative account balance instead of just closing the account like a honest business. Don’t know why this app is rated so high when it’s still garbage/unresponsive. Has been for years!
Whatever recent “upgrades” were implemented are absolutely garbage. Half the time credit card transactions on linked cards are missing from the account summary; card spend is becoming more difficult to manage when I have to wait for the monthly statement to validate charges. All cards connected to one account used to be nicely summarized but now I’m left questioning the accuracy of the app. Why have an app when information is not real-time. Do better!!!
Make the account moveable in the app so that the ones I want on top are on top and they can be put in order of importance to me. Also when they is a pending payment it would be nice to see the projected balance.
