The app is very basic. It does not allow you to place travel notifications or alerts, for instance, for which you have to go to the bank in person, and speak with a representative!
Terrible customer service, app doesn’t work properly, and constant updates that lock you out of your own banking.
It doesn’t let you link bank account to make payments. I always end up calling customer service instead
The app was updated and now only displays in portrait mode on my iPad. Why would Landmark make this change? If I could go back to the previous version, I would!
Face ID is enabled but refuses to work, prompting me to enter my login information each time the app is used.
Wayyyyy too many updates on this app. It’s terrible to be cut out of using your own money due to constant updates
I left my last bank, partly because of their horrible mobile app and desktop site. Had no issues with Landmark’s previous app or website. Since they updated last fall, it’s been horrendous. Come to find out they “updated” their app and website to the same service that my previous bank used…
This app is guaranteed to make you aware of the current balance in your accounts.
This ap is pathetic. For several months it won’t load. Initially when I had the ap it was great. Have called Landmark and wasted a ton of time on hold and never received an answer. FIX IT!
