The Nice car dearler I found my forever car. The salesman, Jeff Sleight, was so accommodating to help me find exactly what I was looking for and we found it! From the search and test drive to the purchase and signing papers with Bob, for my SUV, I was so happy that I chose this dealership. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrreat in every way From service, to parts department, rental department, and sales , an exceptional dealership. Employees are extremely courteous and helpful . Having a shuttle service that both takes you home, work, shopping, and then picks you up to get your vehicle is just a huge time saver. Amazing customer service. Aaron Weggs and Jeff Sleight were amazing. They made our New truck purchase seamless. They went above and beyond our expectations. The Best Treatment ever. I attempted to visit two local Car Dealers to look at a new car but was not given the time of day so I asked our friends where I should go and since Landmark was within driving distance, I am so glad I contacted them. I look forward to getting the same treatment from the Service Department and know that I will treated with respect.
one good thing leads to another My good experience in the parts department lead me to buy a new truck here. Being dissatisfied with my local dealer, I came here for one part. The service was focused and efficient, beside being friendly. Favorably impressed, I asked Conan Ball about some truck features that I wanted, and he showed me how much more I could do with a 2016 F150.
Excellent service Have used service department for 17 years . Honest, fast, and very helpful. Always go the extra mile to make sure customer is satisfied. One only sees sales upon purchase. It is the service center that is the most important part of vehicle ownership . Bought new 2016 F350 diesel in Oct from Landmark based on my experience with service department.
