Great customer service Jeff Sleight was a great person to work with. Great with follow up, and working with our terms. Worked with our trade in and value, and was great on a personal level.

Willing to be patient and not pushy I have been looking for a Ford truck for 18 months, working off and on with Scott (was not in a hurry). I told Scott I did not want to be pushed and not in a hurry to purchase. Scott was respectful of that. Finally purchased new truck this week and traded in my old. Wonderful experience One of the best websites for detailed vehicle information led me to contact Landmark Ford Lincoln. I found the vehicle with the things that I was looking for and made a telephone call to set up an appointment to view it. I would HIGHLY recommend Landmark Ford. Second purchase there in 2 years. We'll just say that Landmark and I ended up on opposite sides of an issue regarding my first purchase, which left me one UNHAPPY customer. Once the owner, Jim Corliss, became aware of the problem, Landmark would NOT let the issue go unresolved.....and continued to work exceptionally hard to ensure that I was satisfied, (SPECIAL kudos to the Service Department for their excellent work on a VERY frustrating issue.) Very Relaxed Everyone was very friendly. Jeff Sleight was fantastic to work with. My deal was a little difficult but Jeff got me through it. I do feel that Bow Tie Bob oversold me some Gap insurance that i prob did not need. I will be looking into seeing if that is something I can remove. Bob seems nice but he is real slick willy in there with his paperwork. I should have paid more attention.

Treated like family Scott walked my daughter who was buying her first car through the process with slow and thorough explanations about everything. Made her feel comfortable and treated her like family. Went above and beyond explaining each step of the car buying process. When it was time to drive away, he paired her phone, went over every inch of the car with her and answered all her questions. What a great experience she had buying her first car! Thank you Scott!

Comfortable from the first minute All I can say is wow!..well I'll add a bit more. On the sales side Jeff and Conan were fabulous! Most importantly they listened to our needs and didn't push a single thing that wasn't in our best interest. They even listened to our boring story about why our trade in was so important to us. The staff was excellent The detail department did a very good job of cleaning my truck with the coupon for new car owners. They did a very good job getting the dog hairs and slobber off the passenger side door and dashboard, My seats were vacuumed of dog hairs also. They took the extra effort to deliver my truck to the service department when they were done cleaning it. The service department did a quick and good job of changing my oil, rotating my tires and completing the vehicle inspection. My truck is very clean and runni... read more

Why go anywhere else? I got in my car after work and the Tire low light was on. I didn't want to drive home 1/2 hour and then back the next morning so I popped in. Kyle took my car in to check the tires immediately. Found out there were issues and some tires needed to be replaced. Luckily they were in stock. I also was ready for an oil change so I got "the works" at the same time. When it was time to check out the invoice was incorrect but everyone got on it and it was fixed.
