Honesty and patience The people at landmark are so easy to get along with! I felt as though my questions and concerns were being answered honestly. This was my first car buying experience and Charlie was very patient with me as I was fumbling my way through the process!! Another great experience Let's be honest: getting a new vehicle is a chore... but I purchased from Landmark Ford back mid-2012, and was really impressed. Easy from start to finish We originally came in late spring to drive Explorers with Charlie, but we weren't quite ready to pull the trigger on buying. We came back to the dealership a few times over the summer, and each time Charlie was helpful without pressuring us to buy. Oil change I had brought my vehicle in for its regular scheduled oil change inspection and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend Ford for maintenence.

Detail shop help was great! I called to schedule a detail for my car bc I had a mishap in the car and was having a hard time getting it clean. The man listened to the problem, and then let me know what my options were in terms of what the shop could do (not much, without dismantling the interior due to a large liquid spill through the carpet into the metal parts of the car) and some suggestions of what I could do, including caveats about making sure it got bone dry and and offer to put it into Fords car-dryer to make sure it... read more
Perfect Customer Service Our experience at Landmark For was amazing! Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, and he did not make it feel like a high pressure experience. Our entire dealing was casual and comfortable. It was nice to be treated more like family than like customers especially considering this is such a large investment for us as customers.
