All the people I came in contact with at Landmark were courteous and friendly. Plus, when I made them aware of my hearing loss they responded appropriately. There were no high pressure tactics and negotiations were clear and "up front". I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to visit this dealership.

We were previous customers of a couple Ford dealers and chose to come back to Landmark for very good reasons. Once again we were "not" disappointed! No vultures waiting to pounce...worked to achieve exactly what we were looking for and what was best for us financially. Service was fast and uncomplicated, and straightforward. I have been buying cars via the internet for 6 yrs now. This was the best experience yet. New car pricing was very fair, trade in price was OK, In and out of the dealership in about 2 hours. Forty minutes of that was them prepping the car for delivery to me (clean up, full tank of gas). I will definitely buy a Ford product from them again!

i shopped for weeks (really, almost 2 months) and was so undecided about what i wanted to do at the end of my honda lease. I purchased a new vehicle through the internet/online department. For all practical purposes, I was a first time buyer, and I made it way more complicated than I needed to. However, being a rather challenging buyer also let me see how these guys handle difficult situations. I came away extremely satisfied, and would recommend any friend or family to work with them. I could tell that their main goal was to make me a satisfied customer.

It was the best experience me or my husband had ever had in buying a vehicle. Berry knew what we wanted, knew our price and payment desire and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We got the best rate we had ever gotten with any dealership and for that reason alone I would recommend anyone to buy from Landmark. We will be going back for future vehicle purchases.

My experience at Tigard's Landmark Ford dealership was awesome! No hassles, no pressure just knowlegeable staff and attention to details. Not only did the salesman provide me with accurate information about the "Ford Escape Hybrid Limited" but I knew when I drove away from the dealership with my new Escape that I had one of the best rated American-made Hybrid vehicles in the US. Going though the Internet Department was just great! WE LOVE OUR NEW FORD FLEX! It was fast, easy, and we feel we got a very fair price. This is our second time buying a car at Landmark, and I am sure not the last time. They have all kinds of cars too, not just Ford. Go and check them out!

I went in to look at a new Fusion for my daughter. It was one that was priced low, so I knew the dealer might try to get me to purchase a more expensive model, but they did not. The salesman was very courteous and friendly. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend this dealer and Barry Burks, the salesman.
