I have bought 2 new vehicles in the last three months from Diane in the Internet Dept at Landmark Ford. This was a very good experience. We came in with no experience buying a small SUV and Berry showed us everything we needed to see. He took us on a very good test drive demonstrating how the vehicle could be expected to perform. When we left we had a much better idea of what we wanted and what the Ford Escape could give us. The staff at Landmark was awesome and really made things easy for me to purchase my first vehicle. They made sure that I was able to keep my car payments low and set me up with the right car to live with in my means. They even gave me cake before I left the lot with my vehicle.
We went to the dealership on a Sunday for the express purpose of seeing how much room the Flex had. Tom Rayner was great through the entire process. While we didn't feel we were anywhere close to a purchase decision and therefore didn't want to take up his time with a test drive, Tom was persuasive and my wife was subsequently very impressed with the Flex after initially being put off by its looks. Scott Morgan was very professional and friendly. My wife and I were not pressured into buying a vehicle that we didn't want or need. Scott took the time to help us compare and look at all the possible choices that were available to us. This is a no pressure dealership! The sales staff is knowledgable, friendly, courteous and professional. These guys really know their business. We are repeat customers and wouldn't hesitate to return next time we need a vechicle. The drive from Salem is worth the trip.
I bought my car over the phone and Diane spent time looking for the one I wanted and sent me detailed information getting all my paperwork together in a timely fashion. She also picked me up from the airport to go pick up my car, which was ready for me to go after signing the documents.
My husband and I were very Happy with our experience at Landmark Ford. We bought a 2010 Explorer and was extremely happy with the deal they offered us. We tried other dealers and got the runaround. I had a very bad experience at Damerow Ford and had cancelled the deal. I was no longer even going to buy a car, let alone a Ford, I had such a bad taste in my mouth.
