Diane made the process of buying a new car very easy and enjoyable. The purchase price was exactly what was quoted. I was able to purchase exactly the Escape I wanted at a price I could afford.I plan on having all the maintenance work done at Landmark and would definitely recommend it to friends and likely come back for any further Ford purchases.

Diane was great to work with, got me exactly what I was looking for at the right price and was very easy to get in touch with! When I came in to do the paperwork, it was all ready for me and quick to take care of. The lease was explained very well and the whole team worked to ensure I had a great experience with my first car! Would definitely recommend and come back!

i went in originally to see about leaseing a car , but after talking to jim, realised i would be able to buy a new truck, my wife came in and we both found it to be a pleasant easy experience, everything was explained to us , and we drove away in our brand new truck, we give 10/10 for the whole experience , and look forward to the new owners class next week, the king family

Berry went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted, and at the price I needed to pay. He spent the majority of his day negotiating with banks and his boss to get me into a ford focus at a great price.

By far the most outstanding experience that I have had at a dealership. No pressure, great service people and a vast knowledge pf the business they helped me get a great car and decent loan rate as well. I would recommend this to everyone even if you don't like fords personally they have great deals on plenty others. There finance manager mike should get a big fat raise for how well he worked my deal. Give em ten minutes of your time and I'm positive you will drive him happy

My request for email communication was honored; Landmark gave one of the two the best price quotes in the entire state; Ms. Pohl was responsive, courteous, and fun to work with.

Wow! What service! I got a flat tire on the morning of May 18th and went directly to Les Scheb for repair where they told me I would have to replace all four tires because my Ford Flex was an all wheel drive. A $1,000.00 later I left the shop in total disbelief that I had purchased a car that would need new tires every time I got a flat. I used to purchase cars from dealers but my experiences were so poor that I went without a vehicle for four years rather than go back.
