They have been of great service for years. We have never had a problem.
We have been customers of Lansing Ice & Fuel (LI&F) for at least 20 years. We own our tank and that can be a problem for other companies (some of them add inspection fees, service fees, etc, which make the propane more expensive than the quoted price), BUT NOT LI&F. LI&F has special pricing for those of us who own their tanks and give us the same "above and beyond" service that others that rent their tanks receive. Great service would recommend this company. Perfect service never have to worry about any deliveries. If you have a problem they respond immediately. I am so happy we picked this company for our service. Office people are great to work with, so helpful and nice.
I have been a customer for about 40 years, first with fuel oil and then LP gas. We've always been on an auto fill plan and have only ran out of fuel once. They were out within 2 hours of being notified. The office personnel are friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended. We moved to the area and this is the first time we have had propane. The technician went above and beyond. Explaining the process, making sure all our appliances where hooked up right and that we were getting the best money saving program. They have continued with the same outstanding service.
