We recently had a gas delivery. The dog was in the fenced yard raising a fuss so I put him in the house. I had went out on the deck to talk to the driver. The dog jumped up on the door and flipped the lock on the door wall. I was locked out with no shoes or phone and all doors and windows we're locked. The delivery driver (Chris) Allowed me to use his phone so that I could call my kids to bring a key. He offered to stay until someone came. They came out to the house, were prompt. They couldn't start the fire in the fireplace and then said that they would waive the $75 fee. We sent a check. I quote, "Just because you sent a check, doesn't mean you paid the ****." Seriously?! Now the **** is late. We are willing to pay the ****, but not the $75 fee that was supposed to be waived.
