We have been with LIF for 8 years. Very pleased. They are knowledgeable & helpful. They have assisted us with a gas stove hook up, as well as, whole house generator. They also placed a gas vent under our deck. Everyone has been so nice & willing to explain details about propane use. They are always on top of our fill ups.We highly recommend them.
LI&F has been a dependable supplier of propane for us for several years. I own my tank and they usually have the best prices (I do shop around!). Chris (our usual driver) has been great over the years!

1st: Thank you Lansing Ice & Fuel. We've been customers since 1992. Really have never worried over any concerns of our propane and service. Watching thru the years the pricing of other companies, LI&F seems to be competitive in price. They have our trust.
My father had LI&F for 30 some years. My wife and I have had them for 24 yrs. Some companies will play with pricing taking advantage of existing customers. Not LI&F. They have been here a few times as I added a gas fireplace and a gas firepit. LI&F ran the lines as needed, and returned to fix any issues. They hooked up my standby generator, then went out of their way to make sure everything in the house was fine. Started out as a "will call" customer 23 years ago. Around 2017 it became difficult for me to get to the tank to check the level so I changed my account from "will call" to "route delivery." Delivery has been 100% reliable and my level has never dropped below 25%. Even deep snow drifts have not prevented deliveries. When I call the office with questions or concerns, the staff always responds professionally and politely and quickly satisfies my needs. We have been with Lansing Ice and Fuel, since 2018 and are very happy with there service. When I was a small child my parents used them in the 50's and 60's for fuel the drivers have always been so friendly and go the extra mile, they did then and they do now. I am very happy with our service. When I call the office to pay my bill over the phone, they go above and beyond as well.
Have been with Lansing Ice and Fuel Company sense 2004 they have been a great company to work with and I feel very comfortable with them suppling my propane.I have never been with any other company.
