"Matched me to an incredible car" I have a great experience purchasing a new Genesis. The sales person was incredibly knowledgable and was able to find the car that matched what I was looking for. Then he was able to negotiate a price and payment that matched my budget. and needs. The one downside wa the time I was there at the dealership. it took too long, but in the end it did not negatively impact my decision. or overall experience.

"Customer oriented. " Given that I am an auto enthusiast I prefer a dealership where the staff is knowledgeable. The salesperson I delt with, Mrika, knows her product line well. In addition she is experienced with the entire process. Two thumbs up !!

I described my needs over the phone to Loren, he promptly returned an "acceptable"quote and we agreed on the deal.
