"3 visits" I appreciate Austin and his patience. I visited the store 3 times being very difficult and undecisive. He did not pressure me at any visit and helped me with all the info I could ever ask for every time I went. I feel that it is a big deision that takes a lot of thought and he understood and waited patiently to close the deal. Itfelt like this place had me in mind and I am grateful for the enjoyable experience.

"Purchased a 2019 G70 " I made contact with Austin and stopped in to look at a G70 I was interested in. They didn’t have my desired setup in stock but they found what I wanted and made the numbers work. We had a slight miscommunication about some options and charges, but it was corrected and I have no complaints. Based on my experience I would recommend this dealership, and definitely recommend the G70.

"I'll be bacm" I worked with Dakota. While on vacation, California didn't have any Genesis available so I was forced to look elsewhere. And glad I did Going to Arizona for a spring training game I decided to look at the Genesis in person and stumbled upon Loren and Dakota. "Easy going experience" Going to a car dealership is never easy. But these guys made it easy from, Edgar who answered my call and got me in contact with Dakota the Genesis expert (who had the same name as me which was uncommon!) To Ben and Alex who greeted me at my truck and walked me in everyone was easy going. I wasn't able to buy that today due to some family engagements but I was never pressured and given all the information I needed. I will definitely be back!

"Fast, friendly, no pressure" Kumar was extremely helpful on our visit to Larry Miller while looking for a new Genesis. He went out of his way to provide a great sales experience by being responsive to our needs regarding the specific options and packages we were looking for and not pushing the “upsell”.
