I bought a GV80 Genesis off a piece of paper. The sales team of Vohn and Hunter did a great job of reviewing all the features. On arrival they spent all the time I needed to review the features in real time. They even called the next day to see how things were going and to see if I had any questions.

We scheduled an appointment to look at a GV80 and ended up driving one home! We dealt with several people since we purchased our GV80 and all have them have been friendly and professional, directing me to people that could answer my questions and returning calls when I had questions the next day usually within 5 minutes.

The service is excellent once it happens. When I bought my Genesis I thought I was the customer and purchased this car for the “promised” service experience. It appears to be on Larry Millers schedule and I am not able to transferred to another dealership. It took 6 weeks to schedule a concierge appointment and it takes several calls to reach Ashley the concierge. It would nice to schedule when it works for me!

Well, I didn't know what to expect since I ordered a Genesis GV80 without seeing the vehicle. I went out to the dealership and was blown away with the professional of the salesman Nick. He was very helpful in showing the different gadgets on the vehicle along with the test drive. It will take me a couple of weeks to familiarize me with the all the technology but it can't be as bad as the gadgets in the cockpit of a USAF tanker.
