Above and beyond Service! I called Josh Wells on a Friday afternoon to schedule an oil change for my Genesis G80. They were a couple of weeks out due to only a couple of service writers that deal with Genesis and I’m only available to come in on Saturdays. He said he would see what he can do and give me a call back. I got a call back within the hour from Ashleigh Ray and she said she was coming in for a little bit the next morning and would be able to squeeze me in. Although I needed a new tire installed. My original went flat so I left it on the wheel at LM Genisis. After the new tire arrived at the dealership they mounted it. I went out without an appointment and the newtire was swapped for the spare, My G80 washed and the spare stowed. My visit was 20 minutes. Truly Genesis level, luxury service.

I had my first oil change on my GV80 today. Josh was extremely professional, he was prompt, friendly and my car was ready as promised. I was able to get a lift and get home to take care of business.. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car washed and pulled up ready to go when I arrived. This dealership and now service department makes me feel like a VIP. In a world that has forgotten about customer service, this place has it mastered. Love my Genesis and this dealership!! Thank you!

Put into get service on my genesis G 70 on the web and it didn’t go through but Josh made everything happen went out of his way. Great service.

Josh Wells was my service advisor and was helpful every step of the way! He let me know projected time my service was going to take and it was done quicker than expected. He answered all questions asked and was very personable!

Josh Wells was my service tech. He did a good job of getting the car in and completing the service in less time than he had originally estimated. I also met briefly with Kaitlyn Orabanec who did a good job of explaining some of the tech features of the car. Conversely, when I had tried to make an appointment with a competing dealership for the same work, they couldn't get me in until the end of February. What a difference!

Print service for a routine service call. Dennis was friendly picking up and dropping off my car. My car was returning clean and serviced complete. Great experience.

Everything was flawless from making an appointment, arriving at the dealership, and meeting Josh Wells the service technician. Service was done in the promised time and everything was done that was required for my first service at 8,000 miles.
