Josh is so accommodating! He listens to my concerns and does his best to get the car in to the shop when I need the service. I live in Scottsdale but travel all the way to Larry H Miller because they meet my needs so much better than the Scottsdale Genesis dealership!

Just moved to AZ and needed maintenance for my G80. I worked with Josh and he was professional and courteous. I appreciated he was able to provide a loaner as wait time was going to be a bit long. Car was done sooner then expected which was great.
