An oil change took longer than expected. Disappointed we had to download and install our own navigation system update. Josh was friendly Service Rep and facility is immaculate.
Josh did a great job of getting my headliner repair complete. He was able to get me in a curtesy vehicle for the time my car was in the shop.
Our previous experience with any response including professionalism from the service writers was severely lacking. It took two years to get help with my Genesis from the day we purchased it. We decided to give them one more try and ended up with Josh. Not only did he return our calls in a prompt manner but was able to get my Genesis fixed in less time (two weeks) than it did previously. We are very grateful to Josh for his help, kindness and professionalism. We will only be back to Larry Miller Genesis because of him.

Thank you for a great service experience at LHM! I scheduled my Genesis in for service, and was greeted promptly by Josh. He took control of the service, escorted me to the service area, and returned 90-minutes later with my vehicle...done! Courteous and promptly!

Josh was amazing. My boyfriend had issues in the past with the Genesis service department (the reason he traded in his Genesis) and before Josh I had issues getting in touch with someone. But Josh and team were amazing!!!! Thank you!
