Great dentist but arrived today and was told my insurance was out of network and paid 70$ Would have been great if I was told beforehand. I was given a call the day before and returned the call and left a message( was told they did not receive my voicemail) In the end , was charged 70$ for my visit which was previously covered under my insurance. Thanks for the heads up
My daughters were patients, and we originally thought they were great. However, I just called to schedule a cleaning and the office manager couldn’t have provided a worse experience. She said that because I had gone past the recommended six month mark, they had kicked my children off their patient list and they currently aren’t accepting "new" patients! Huge miscommunication in regards to care with our son. Office staff extremely rude with entire situation. Our insurance wasn’t accepted but still stayed and paid cash for our visits, and we got a letter that we were being referred out due to tension, communication issues, and lack of in network insurance. Which are all issues on their end! Extremely disappointed with the way this was handled all over, and nobody has yet to answer my call with my concerns. I am very sorry to say this, but had a terrible experience with Lavoie Pediatric Dentist. I called about missing our appointment this morning since I woke up sick and didn’t want to risk coming into their office this morning. They said they would no longer see us due to previous reschedules/cancellations and this. I also told them that the ONLY time we’ve ever rescheduled or cancelled was due to COVID quarantines or illness (we cannot control this).
