Huge miscommunication in regards to care with our son. Office staff extremely rude with entire situation. Our insurance wasn’t accepted but still stayed and paid cash for our visits, and we got a letter that we were being referred out due to tension, communication issues, and lack of in network insurance. Which are all issues on their end! Extremely disappointed with the way this was handled all over, and nobody has yet to answer my call with my concerns. I called about missing our appointment this morning since I woke up sick and didn’t want to risk coming into their office this morning. They said they would no longer see us due to previous reschedules/cancellations and this.
