I have been a member for over 20 years and I never had any major problems even with the miner minor problem they took care of it right away
I feel like LBSFCU has always been excellent as a bank. To me the lines do go faster now . The employees are always friendly. The only issue I have is when I go in and have to sit and speak with someone it takes too long. LBS needs more people in that department. Also while at LBS my car was sideswiped and the camera only went a short distance my car was like 6 cars from the front so I was informed that the camera was short distance. Other than that I love banking at LBSFCU.
the friendly environment, opening an acct is so easy with just little money. they are shared branch which we love, we don't have to go to Long Beach to do any transactions, any credit union will do, if they branch share with lbs.
