RecommendedI feel like LBSFCU has always been excellent as a bank. To me the lines do go faster now . The employees are always friendly. The only issue I have is when I go in and have to sit and speak with someone it takes too long. LBS needs more people in that department. Also while at LBS my car was sideswiped and the camera only went a short distance my car was like 6 cars from the front so I was informed that the camera was short distance. Other than that I love banking at LBSFCU.

Recommendedthe friendly environment, opening an acct is so easy with just little money. they are shared branch which we love, we don't have to go to Long Beach to do any transactions, any credit union will do, if they branch share with lbs.

Bobby Malhotra goes the extra mile to insure I have completed my transactions to my satisfaction. I have banked with this institution for over 3 decades and I am confident that my money is secure each time I walk out the door!
