I have been a member for many years. I agree that there could be more alerts, like last month I paid cable bill twice It would have been so much easier if they had caught it before it was sent and alerted me. Fridge both awfully empty because of the extra payment. I am a senior. I have A very small income. With that being said, every thing else about them is exceptional. They have helped me above and beyond and for that I am truly grateful. Sharon Thacher
