HORRIBLE When we got the ink the orange tag was taken off,we also saw that the cartridge was empty both of the packs we bought.
Empty and damaged cartridges Three black cartridges in a row were either empty or my printer could not detect the cartridge when installed. I tried chatting with Brother customer service and it was the worst customer service I've ever had. After a few minutes chatting, I came to the conclusion I was chatting with a bot and not a real person. This printer is turning into a money pit because the ink is being shipped empty or damaged.
Scam Do not buy these. They are repackaged and sometimes empty cartridges. I placed three separate orders and one was completely empty, and the other two ran out in less then a week.
Yield was 30-40 pages Bought it on December 22nd, 2023. I have only been using it since January 7th and have printed approximately 30-40 pages (minimal ink use and set to grey scale). I am extremely dismayed to report that the cartridge is completely empty as of today, 01.30.23. Either these aren’t genuine cartridges or brother is scamming it’s customers.
Does not yield many pages I barely printed 100 pages of light text with this cartridge before the ink ran out.

NOT NEW!! Sold as "new" but cartridge was missing rear plastic clip and plastic wrapper was blown up like a balloon, i.e. not vaccum sealed, like every other genuine Brother ink cartridge I've bought before. Clearly this is a refurb being sold as new - Total SCAM!!!
Faulty product I’ve purchased two cartridges from Amazon which have not worked. I would recommend buying from here.
dissapointing I dont' know if I just got a bad cartridge but it started off where my brother printer would not recognize the cartridge and it took 4 or 5 different tries and the need to clean the print heads before it would recognize the cartridge. Then the ink just ran out in a week of not real frequent printing. Usually my cartridges last months so this was a dissapointment.
