Why do they dry out after a couple of months I don't print much, maybe a page or two a week, mostly in black and white. Yet somehow within three months I'm getting low ink notices and then they need to be replaced.
My cartridge was only 1/4 full! I just opened this cartridge and installed it and it is only 1/4 full!
Turned out I used this for less than 5 times Yes, it's genuine, but for this last purchase, I only used it less than 5 times. The purchase of inkjet printer was a bad idea! I had enough, I finally replaced my Brother Business Smart MFCJ5720DW All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer with a B/W LaserJet! My black ink lasted for only about 100 or 150 copies. I am very unhappy... I am not happy and would like for Amazon to replace these two cartridges for free. They were either old or from a vendor that sells defected items. I order a lot from Amazon and am hoping you will make it right. I need it to return an item and I CAN'T EVEN PRINT BECAUSE I HAVE NO BLACK INK.
2 weeks, about 20-25 pages and it is out of ink... I am not sure if it was the cartridge or the MFC-J4620DW printer, I did one cleaning after installing the printer cartridge, but 20-25 pages and the black is dead again? come on.....
Ink went everywhere When I undid the tab before putting it in the print the ink splattered all over and I mean all over the floor, the stand the printer is on and the print.

Bad print quality, Easy return. Not sure whats going on and waited to write this review to make sure the problem was with the cartridges and not with my printer. The last two cartridges I received lead to poor print quality missing lines/blocks. I ran the cleaning function 3 times as directed on the latest cartridge and the cartridge was empty.
