Don’t waste your money My ink was dry both black & color I put it in my printer was unable to print anything.
Scammed I give you a ZERO Neither cartridge had ink in it☹️Frustrating!
No ink in cartridge The ink has evidently dried up. Put it in printer today (8/18/2022) and first there was splotchy print, so ran a test on printer, and the test page won't print out any black ink at all. I want an exchange since it is too late to return. I buy things in advance so I don't run out, doesn't mean I am going to use it before your return limits run out. Please allow me to return or exchange. Thank you.
Very poor print quality and did not last very long I had ordered this before and everything was fine. However, this cartridge had very poor print quality, and my documents had streaks. I tried cleaning the print heads per Brother's recommendations. Helped very little. I have only printed a few documents, and it is already indicating that the ink level is low. Not a good purchase!

Same problem others had - ink is gone quickly I ordered this black cartridge. It was delivered April 30, 2022 and I installed it about a week later. Here we are less than two months after cartridge installation and I have a "low ink" message. I have printed less than 100 pages, nowhere near 550 pages which the cartridge is supposed to yield. Don't waste the money on this.
Terrible! Not sure this is an OEM product because if we got 100 pages I’d be surprised. Can’t see any ink in the cartridge. Would return if I could.
No Ink! The ink was empty only after printing 2 pages (the 2 printed pages were very faded).
Empty cartridges On 3 occasions I have opened a fresh package and found there was no ink in the cartridge. Beware.
