I received empty cartridges It seemed to be a scam or a serious quality defect. Both the new Brother LC203BK XL black ink cartridges delivered to me were empty. I could hardly print 10 pages on both. I decided to never go for Brother’s products in future.
Bad Every time this printer is used is an irritating experience.
Misleading information It printed less than 100 pages and the ink is over. Misleading product.

New Cartridge clogged I have purchased this item several times, I don't know if the product I am being sold is old, because when I first install it, the printing can barely be seen, then I have to do a cleaning of the cartridge and then I only get to print 5 pages before it tells me ink is out. This has happened to me several times and I am paying $20.00 to be able to print 5 pages. It's over the time period I can return but they should replace this cartridge free. Terrible!!!
Stay away Ink leaked and destroyed my clothes. The printer was not able to recognize the cartridges.
I don't think is genuine I bought this on Oct 29-2019, when I first installed it wasn't printing correctly there were lines and low quality, I can go weeks without printing, and when I do is only a page or two. I was going to print something today and the cartridge was already empty and this is not even 3 months! I won't buy this again or recommend it
Buy the inexpensive printer but get gouged on cost of replacement ink. Way, way too expensive. Typical printer company hustle, cheap cost for printer very costly ink. Seeing other companies offer compatible ink at less than half the price you know you're being gouged. I think I'm going to have to try compatible ink next.
550 pages... yeah right! Such a rip off!!! I purchased this in November 2018 and opened 500 pages of high quality inkjet paper at the exact same time. This cartridge did not even print half of the 500 pages on regular quality settings. There is a visible amount of ink remaining in the cartridge, yet the printer refuses to print after reinstalling. I only bought my Brother printer based on a ton of reviews alleging an efficient printer and the ink cartridges were reportedly less expensive than other brands. I'm sick and tired... read more
