empty cartridge was empty
Did not last long. Bought this in March 2019. I use it in my home office. There is no way I have printed over 100 pages. The printer is showing that it is almost empty now. Not sure what I will buy next.
Ink did not last I used my printer about 5 times, each 1 page items and the ink is all spotty and does not work. Very disappointed, not sure if product is old.
what a waste! I bought this on May 9, 2019. It is July 1, 2019 and it's gone. This is for a home printer. I print maybe 10-20 pages a month. We rarely use this printer, but every time I do, it's out of ink! It says it should last for 550 pages. No way did I print even a fraction of that amount in the 6 weeks since I bought it. very disappointing.
NEVER WORKED. WASTE OF MONEY!!! Didn't work. They were empty.
Green! This "black" ink printed green. Little-to-no ink. This ink printed out green instead of black. I tried cleaning maintenance, etc. on printer. It was surely the ink. Not to worry...the ink was all used up just in testing to see why it was printing green. Honestly fed up with Brother printer, you only get about 10 printed pages before it is "empty"...you can clearly see that the cartridge is still HALF FULL, but the printer doesn't accept it. Fed up! Ink is WAY OVERPRICED.
The printer ink scam continues The printer ink scam continues. First of all, I will never buy another color printer again. Not being able to print a B&W document if only 1 of your color cartridges is empty is a joke. This black cartridge did not last very long. I did not print anywhere near 550 pages. Still scamming after all these years. Wheres my sledge hammer?
Brand New Genuine Brother Cartridge not recognized by printer Bought extra cartridges for my Brother MFC-J480DW in January. It's now May 1st, and the printer won't recognize the cartridge. Brother Support claims it must be a fake, Amazon won't make good since I didn't use it within 90 days (this is Day 95, btw).
This was a mistake The high yield black ink cartridge came empty. It ready empty from the minute we installed it in the printer.
