I bought this pack and the black ink did not ... I bought this pack and the black ink did not work, the printer ( MFC-J485DW) does not recognize this ink, the printer lists LC201 or LC 203 as options. It is disappointing to see the brand name ink not working, I hope brother can correct this problem.

Very disappointed. Replaced this today and viewed the ink level ... Very disappointed. Replaced this today and viewed the ink level on the printer. Said it was half full. Not happy at all!

NOT high yield This cartridge states "High Yield", but it is certainly not. This printer is used sparingly as a home printer. I print maybe 10 pages per month. I received this on May 5 and the ink is already out on August 5.

Works fine. Just tried to replace, only to find that the cartridge could not insert all the way. Bummer . . . . return window closed 4/5/17. Changing my buy approach accordingly. Staples for a quick solution. Works fine. Bob

Defective Cartridge Actually I would like to receive a refund or a replacement cartridge. My machine could not recognize that a new cartridge was installed, I called Brother and the tech I spoke with was going to have me take the machine in rather than suggesting it might be a defective cartridge. I had to buy one from Best Buy. The second cartridge worked perfectly, it was not my machine.

After printing 2 short documents, the ink cartridge is ... After printing 2 short documents, the ink cartridge is over half used and I am receiving a low ink warning!!! Clearly the cartridges were low when I received them!!! :(

Right package, but wrong contents. Ordered black ink...203bk, the package says black ink...203bk, but the cartridge in the box is clearly labeled 203c...and the return window has closed.
