Cartridges read as empty Bought this item a few months ago and just recently put in my printer; will not read the new cartridges - indicates they are empty even though they are not. Waste of $$.

Did not work for me I am very cautious about ordering this cartridge. I bought the cartridge before I needed a new one. I recently put it in my printer and it wont print, just repeatedly giving me the message that it is out of ink. I switched the old and new cartridge in and out and it says that with both of them. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will try to see about a refund. I am hesitant to try buying one again after this experience.
Cartridge almost empty when received Got ripped off. The cartridge was nearly empty when I received it. Not sure how it happened because the package was sealed.
HIGH YIELD? NOT! First time ordering high yield. Never again. I may have printed 8 things since it was delivered end of February. Maybe a total of 30 pages. I'm out of ink and am not happy!
That is dumb. Won't ever buy a Brother printer again. After third one died with not much use I learned my lesson. They all had ink cartridge problems. "No cartridge" when there was one. Can't print black only when color cartridge " is missing". That is dumb.
bought this July 2017. Hardly ever used the colors ... bought this July 2017. Hardly ever used the colors, 90% of the time I print in Black. In 9 month I printed less than 100 sheets, mostly simple light copy, NO solid or heavy coverage. I'm told by the printer that I'm running LOW on the color ink. How do you justify your promise that it yields 550 sheets. Shame on you.
