Order Issue I ordered 2 color cartridges and only received 1. The package arrived with one end open so I am assuming it was lost in transit. I contacted the company to replace the missing item to no avail.
To slippery I love the color but it is way to slippery! I will be returning it.
it was not Brother brand, It has non-oem cartridge ... it was not Brother brand, It has non-oem cartridge lc75y, lc75m and lc75c. Tried to replace the lc75y and would not work with my Brother printer, I want Brother products only. The Black cartridges were Brother LC75BK
not original ink For the first time ( out of probably at least 10 ink orders on amazon) I was sent ink cartridges in a bag. These are refilled, not original Brother ink. no name label on it and not the orange twist off piece on the back of the ink which keeps it fresh. SO DISAPPOINTED! Almost out of ink with a snow storm coming....thanks a lot amazon! Now I need to run to staples. In my experience refilled ink doesn't work and can damage your printer so its not worth trying it.
2 out of 3 are defective right out of the box I purchased these as a backup for when I ran out of ink on a job. I tried to use the cyan and magenta cartridges, but the printer won't recognize them. I've installed them correctly, just like the yellow cartridge (which worked fine), but the printer keeps registering them as either empty or not installed correctly. Check the expiration date! Purchased in August as my printer was starting to run low on the color ink. Didn't need to install these until November, barely three months after purchase and all three catridges are bad. I didn't check the expiration date since I expect Amazon to fulfill items that are not expired. $30 wasted here.

I got a dirty test print which has never happened before in all ... I am giving this product a 1 star rating because these were either defective or refurbished, but certainly not new. I ordered these Brother Printer LC753PKS 3 Pack of colors which are standard for my Brother MFC-J59100W Multi Functional machine on Sept 1, 2015. I installed them and ran the usual test print.
