Ink dried up or wouldn't work right out of the box. Used after a long period of sitting in my desk on there side. Think maybe the ink dried up but they were still in the vacuum sealed package so I am not sure what happened...maybe I got a bad batch but I found cheaper ink that worked great with my MFC-J435W!
One Star Through it in the trash within several months of it's never working properly.

Two Stars Very short expiration date.
Cartridges that were still half filled registered as empty and ... Cartridges that were still half filled registered as empty and the printer stopped printing and provided a message that the printer did not have enough ink to print. I have ordered colors from other vendors and never had a problem. The first time from LD Products and I had nothing but problems with the cartridges.
You get what you pay for and it's not always what you think you are getting I got three color cartridges but not retail boxed as stated in ad. How can Amazon let businesses misrepresent what they sell? I guess you get what you pay for and in my case I am pretty sure the ink was something other than original Brothers ink as advertised.
1 of 3 cartridges does not work I purchase a 3 pak and unfortunately the cyan does not work in the printer. The printer tells me it needs cyan -- the other 2 work just fine. It is so frustrating because I bought it to have on hand and now when I am out of ink and think I can just put in new I am still unable to print. And since the printer does not like being without all its colors it will not even print in black and white. UGH!
Item defective and no way to contact company directly The email you sent asking for customer feedback ever so conveniently has your email address removed. I ordered 2 sets of these Brother Printer cartridge 3 packs. They must be very old stock and are defective. Regarding the magenta cartridge, the part that is removed to open the cartridge is not able to easily come off. And once it is off, the printer will not recognize it. Solved my printer problem My son's all-in-one printer had not been used for quite a long time due to unresolved demons in the software, so the ink must have dried out. Three of the four colors indicated that they were "low" and ready for replacement. However the fourth, black, said it was half full.Yet nothing would print, even text in black and white mode.
