Faulty product, no recourse Two of the three print cartridges lasted for about 10 pages of printing before the printer indicated that I needed to replace them. And because I bought them in advance of needing them, can no longer return them to Amazon since its been over 30 days since purchase. There's no way to contact the seller to exchange the faulty items for ones that actually work. So it seems I'm stuck with faulty product and no recourse.
Good quality - Low Performance Printing was of good quality, but it lasts only two weeks and not reached 300 printings either. Not recommended at all.
Ink not full! I put these in my printer hoping that they would be the high yield ink, they were half full! If even that.
False Advertising - NOT RETAIL PACKAGING I'm rating this low because I really don't know how well they will work. I can tell you, however, that the advertising is false on this listing. These are NOT in the retail packaging. These have been removed from the box and placed in a plastic bag, presumably to hide the expiration date as the date is only printed on the outside packaging and not the individual cartridges. Granted, maybe that's not the case, but how would the consumer know this? Something seems shady about this deal.
Bad cartridges! Something wrong! Out of ink much too soon! Never happened before! We use a lot of cartridges and are dissatisfied with the results of these.
Disappointing experience with the seller Brother ink just can't be beat for Brother printers, but you have to get it from a seller who will provide you with the ink you want that is: 1) not already expired 2) int he original packaging Some sellers, such as LD Products (the seller I got mine from under this listing) will send you the inside packages from the ink boxes, the expiration date is only printed on the outside of the external box, so sending you the inside package won't let you know when the ink expires. Beware these are not originals These items are pictured and identified as "brother" items. The pictures show a Brother insignia on the pictures. I looked for info from the seller to identify if these items were "comparable to" identifiers. Nothing. So I anticipated receiving Brother quality items. Clogged print head I had to replace this printer within one month of initial purchase. I got a paper jam that resulted in ink getting clogged in the jets. I ran the cleaning cycle several times and even bought new ink, but one jet was still clogged. I bought a new HP printer instead and have been very happy with that replacement.
Wasteful Machine Needs $360/Year in Sustenance Brother MFC-J835W Inkjet All In One Printer Network Ready This is the worst mistake I have ever made in researching and purchasing a product.
