In Sept/Oct 2022 purchased complete home gutter replacement system, and complete roof and bathroom skylight replacements by this company. We had a great experience with LeadGuard of Cincinnati. Our salesperson, Mac D., explained the gutter system well and it was installed in a timely manner. The crew was careful and courteous and cleaned up after the install. We’ve only had our gutters for 2 months but the system seems to be doing great.
I first saw leafguard on tv. This is when I decided to go with this product. I liked the look of the leafguard product and the person that went over the information with me was great. Once the gutters were installed it made my home look like new. I did purchase in segments which made the purchase easier. Excellent product I would definitely recommend.
Evan R******* made this renovation not only quick and east, but painless. So many times you have contractors not set expectations or have different visions from what's been communicated. Evan ensured everything went as planned from the initial consultation, to the second visit for updated quotes and through the completion of installation. We had our gutters and downspouts installed as well as the fascia wrapped in the Spring of 2021. The sales representative Evan was extremely knowledgable & professional. He explained how the system worked and answered all of our questions. The installers were equally good. Very thorough and respectful of our property. I still look at our house and think "it really looks nice". Happy we made the investment. Highly recommend!!
From our sales rep ***** to the installers, ****, and another guy also named *****, I could not have had a better experience. They actually show up when they say they will, which is hard to find these days. They were professionals, from the quality of their work, to the cleanup afterward. Evan R******* and his support at Leaf Guard are very good. They've only been back twice and, on both occasions, they responded quickly. They satisfactorily fixed two downspout issues that were minimally problematic and neither involved occlusion of the flow of rainwater. Said action demonstrated strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I rarely review, but this company has been exceptional. My salesman **** is very knowledgeable about the product. He is friendly and personable. I have had to contact the company for some repairs. Lifetime warranty. I contacted **** and he got it taken care of quickly. Thanks to all who work at Leafguard. Highly recommended.
