We have had leaf guards gutters on our home for years. They work without any problems. One night I guess two raccoons were fighting by the downspout a broke the hanger that holds it to the house along with the hinge since we have the downspouts on hinges. I called Evan our sales rep he told me to take a few pictures of what happened. A few minutes later he called back said they would repair it at no cost.
