Evan ensured everything went as planned from the initial consultation, to the second visit for updated quotes and through the completion of installation. We had our gutters and downspouts installed as well as the fascia wrapped in the Spring of 2021. The sales representative Evan was extremely knowledgable & professional. He explained how the system worked and answered all of our questions. The installers were equally good. Very thorough and respectful of our property. I still look at our house and think "it really looks nice". Happy we made the investment. Highly recommend!!
From our sales rep ***** to the installers, ****, and another guy also named *****, I could not have had a better experience. They actually show up when they say they will, which is hard to find these days. They were professionals, from the quality of their work, to the cleanup afterward. Evan R******* and his support at Leaf Guard are very good. They've only been back twice and, on both occasions, they responded quickly. They satisfactorily fixed two downspout issues that were minimally problematic and neither involved occlusion of the flow of rainwater. Said action demonstrated strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I rarely review, but this company has been exceptional. My salesman **** is very knowledgeable about the product. He is friendly and personable. I have had to contact the company for some repairs. Lifetime warranty. I contacted **** and he got it taken care of quickly. Thanks to all who work at Leafguard. Highly recommended.
