I had very little contact with Leah, expect for occasional emails. I had more communication with Donna who assisted with answering questions. The frustration came when I was closing and was told to send in over $6k to the attorneys office - this was never discussed with Leah but bc of the attorney I did this. I sent a email to Leah, Donna and Maria and only Maria got back to me to address this issue but even then it was the title company that I had to call to track down the funds. I was told that my current home value would be about 10k more than what it actually appraised at. I questioned this considering I had just had an appraisal done but was assured that the estimate given was a safe estimate (not too high and not too low). I would have money in equity to also buy down points to a lower rate in addition to getting money back for debt paydown. This wasn't the case. I spent thousands in closing costs to not reach goals and will have to again in 7 months to get there.

It was hard to get hold of people several times we asked for call backs or even Email response and never received either. some paper work was requested several times for the same thing. It took forever 3 months to get from start to finish.
