I recently had my diabetes checkup and was seen by PA-C Jacob Mogg. Mr. Mogg was very thorough and after discussing my situation, Mr. Mogg made some medication changes that have helped to keep my diabetes numbers in the normal range. I want to thank PA-C Jacob Mogg for answering all my many questions and his professionalism. He is a credit to Leavitt Family Medicine.
I am a male in my mid-60s and I’ve been to few doctors in my lifetime but Dr. Leavitt’s team and staff are by far the best I’ve ever encountered and if the star rating went to 10 that’s where I would put them. Just to start off things the front office staff is the absolute best. Always warm and kind. I can’t remember if I’ve ever waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by the medical staff. You can usually see some one quick and sometimes avoid emergency room. Staff is very friendly. We have been going to this doctor many years.
