They've seen our cat 10+ times in the last 2 years. She's had problem after problem, that they cannot seem to figure out. They recently gave an archaic method of medicine that is BAD for cats, to our cat. That ultimately led to her death. The staff up front is rude and always appear that they are just hating life and hate their jobs. The vets (we've seen 4 of the docs) don't really seem to care either.
