Started going here at the recommendation of a friend after one of our dog's passed away and our former vet didn't bother to send a card. Dr. Magnusson is clearly in this field for the love of the animals. He is both professional and caring. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Magnusson's veterinary practice is a breath of fresh air. They provided me and my family (not just my four legged friends) with personal and "real" care. His staff is kind and knowledgeable, as is he, and they even helped me get my two dogs in the car. Going above and beyond the call of duty. It is refreshing to have a vet that is human and not so sterile. We greatly appreciate Dr. Magnusson and his staff. I would recommend him without hesitation for anyone looking for a vet.

My beloved dog, Luna needed to get into the vet ASAP and our regular doctor was on a wait list so I decided to give Leo's a call. They got her in the next day, were extremely kind, and gave her plenty of treats to ease the process. I was very pleased with the visit and would recommend Leo's Pet Care to others!
What can I say that every other review hasn't already said? Dr. Magnuson is the best and I will always take our dogs to him as long as he's in business.
I've been to 2 other vet offices here in Indy. The first was for a friendly stray cat that I took in to have checked out. The place wasn't very thorough and the vet seemed to be in a rush (didn't check for stomach worms at all until I said shouldn't we do that?! Sure enough, he had them...and was then treated for them). The second place was for an emergency visit, and I actually had a really good experience there. Just took my pup in to see Dr M. for the first time this week. He (and his staff) are very accommodating and pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the experience of your pet. He was extremely helpful and has the best 'bed-side' manner I've seen in a Vet. I have officially switched my vet to Leo's and will recommend to all I know!
No complaints. Dr. Magnusson is straight forward. Soon after my well dog visit, my pup began having problems and I brought her in. I then sent a panic email to Dr.M on a Sunday, and it was answered IMMEDIATELY.
After going here a couple of times, most recently with a sick kitty, I'm convinced that Leo's is one of the best small-animal vets in Indy. He is as good with his human clients as he is with the furry clients, and I appreciate the customer care I receive from all staff members. Thankfully they were able to squeeze us in before the end of the day, and even offered to keep the cat overnight, free of charge, to get all the tests they needed. I thought that was really cool.
