Our salesmen Reese, was knowledgeable, personable and gave us all the options from fabric choice to warranties offered by Levin. He was not pushy in any way and gave us time to make decisions without hovering.
Showroom was set up to see and try furniture easily. Jimmy McCall (Salesman) was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was able to look around at my leisure and choose my new furniture with helpful information and assistance from Jimmy. No pressure was the best part of the shopping experience. I’m looking forward to enjoying my new furniture as it seemed today, and I hope the delivery team are reliable, professional and courteous as well.
Meg was great in the sales department and responded to follow up questions very quickly. The delivery guys were very careful and were fun to talk to. Deliver took maybe 20 minutes. They had it down to a science.
